This one was me messing about with some distorted pads/volume swells with my guitar. Based around a bass riff that I'd had for a while. A song about not minding other people questioning my values and beliefs as it allowed me to truly test the validity of those beliefs.
lyrics
How will they get life out of me?
When do we get away?
A lifetime can be so confusing
I don't wish to be so optomisitic all the time
Or every time something goes wrong
Sometimes I'd rather sleep than take charge
Help me
Help me question who I am and what I stand for
Help me question my life
And why I can't go on like this anymore
My love of others causes my lack of a spotight to seem
Like a lack of self esteem
With certain people I'm shy
But with you I just want to stare into those eyes
