about

A straightforward rocker about weighing the benefits of the big city and the smaller town where I'm from originally. This song pulls the listener along nicely but I've always felt like there was something not quite good enough about this one... I still don't know where I'll end up for good but at the moment Toronto seems to have won out.

lyrics

I've missed the mark so many times
And have wrecked my chances down the line
I've forgotten my lines so often
That my good signs have been forgotten

It can be hard living life at a loss
Trying to grasp that your life doesnt come in a box
But I still don't know where I should go

When you live in the city your whole life
You can become blind to the pain and strife
The motto of those on bankers pay is that
Poverty is Gods way of punshing you for not making enough money

I still dont know where I should go

I went back home to the Maritimes
And the pace made it seem behind the times
You can stroll down Main Street, it's not far
But when you walk on Queen you'll get hit by a car

But I still don't know where I should go
