I really don't know what this is or what inspired it. Seems like another song where something may have been eating away at my consience. I've always liked this one, but something never felt quite right about it. The drums definitely need a re-do. One of the first songs I did after I got ahold of my brothers Verbzilla pedal - shimmer! It's U2 in a box.
lyrics
I've seen you here before haven't I?
Hundred of times in my dreams
Hundreds of times so it seems
Now you pass me by
Not a shadow of a chance
Even in my dreams, not a second glance
Please, wait for me
I was begging you to overlook
When suddenly silence overtook me in mid phrase
And you couldn't be bothered to say
Anything to forgive me
Any quality to outlive me
